I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

I am not completely satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there are any problems?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is faulty or damaged. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to send it back for a full refund. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, and once we receive the product, we will issue a full refund. Please include your name and order number on the return package.
